Strolling in the countryside on small roads, my favorite pastime. / Paseando por el campo en poqueno camino rurales, mi pasatiempo favorito.

This country road starts at the Hotel Hospes Palacio near Caceres.

   

Next  to  the  hotel  there  are  several  posts  where  the  storks  make  their  nest.

Along the road the views are phenomenal.

 

For somebody from Belgium it is liberating to see so many big skies.

In this scenery I cannot stop thinking about the music of Ennio Morricone.
